Following last week’s disruptions, we experienced a period of high demand on our customer support team.
Following a system update yesterday afternoon, around 4:30 PM, issues arose in the handling of transport orders within our systems.

Friday 24/4 - Saturday 25/4 we will be doing another update ahead of the system upgrade that will take place in May. The work is expected to start at 17:00 on Friday and we hope to be finished Saturday afternoon.
Due to an update that Axess needs to carry out in preparation for a system upgrade, the website services will be unavailable from Monday, April 20 at 18:00 until Tuesday, April 21 at 06:00.

Søndag 15.02.26 ble det en avsporing av et malmtog ved Kaisepakte, som er midt mellom Kiruna og Bjørnfjell.

Siden oppstarten med togtransport til og fra Nord Norge etter nyttår har det blitt en stor back log og store forsinkelser grunnet redusert kapasitet og flere innstilte tog grunnet ekstremkulde i Nord Sverige.
Arctic Rail Express (ARE) har hatt redusert trafikk til og fra Narvik siden 01.januar 2026 og til tider vært stengt grunnet ekstrem kulde i Nord Sverige.
